What is your return policy?

If you purchased a Coravin System directly from www.coravin.com and are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. In order to return your Coravin System, please contact Customer Service at ApacCS@coravin.comor +852 800 969 136 to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We will reimburse you (excluding original shipping charges) for the purchase price of the returned Coravin System no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such returned products accompanied by the applicable RMA.

Please note: Coravin Capsules are non-returnable and will not be refunded.

If you purchased your Coravin System at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy information.

Can I return my Coravin System if I purchased it from a retailer?

No, the 30 day money back guarantee is only offered to those who purchase directly from www.coravin.com. Contact your retailer for information on their return policy.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

If you notice the damage before accepting the package, please refuse delivery and contact Coravin Customer Service at +852 800 969 136

卡拉文保证自购买日起计一年,经卡拉文或卡拉文授权经销商或合作伙伴购买的卡拉文产品,如有任何物料和工艺瑕疵,均可享免费保养。在正常使用和遵循保养说明的前提下,我们会选择维修或更换任何不符保养规定的装置。 卡拉文或会要求出示购买原单以确认购买日期。有关例外情况和其他限制,请参阅本网站的「法律」部分。 卡拉文保养范围并不包括使用卡拉文产品所引起的葡萄酒损失或损坏。

如何提出索赔?

如使用卡拉文取酒器期间出现任何疑问,请联络顾客服务部( ApacCS@coravin.com+852 800 969 136。)在确认并批核保养索赔后,我们会全权决定维修或更换取酒器。

除本文所述的范围外,并无提供更长保养期限。  卡拉文取酒器可能适用的任何默示保养,包括对适销性或针对特定目的的适用性之默示保养,均受限于本保养的期限。  某些州份不准限制默示保养的期限,因此上述限制可能对您不适用。  在任何情况下,卡拉文对因违反本保养、违反合同或严格责任而引起的任何特殊、偶发性或继发性损失概不负责。  某些州份不准排除或限制偶发性或继发性损失,因此上述限制或排除情况可能对您不适用。  本保养具特定法律权利,您亦可因应不同州份享有其他权利。
